This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage and use of personal data collected by us, Erw Fawr Outdoor Pursuits Club, when you register and create a Site Member Account using our website at Wix.com (the "Website"). It provides you with details about the personal data we collect from you, how we use that personal data and your and their rights to control our use of personal data. By visiting this Website and using any of the site's functionality (the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is the Website Member Data Owner. We respect the right that you and members of this website have to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws including the UK Government's enactment of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - which came into force on May 25th, 2018. 2. An important note about children
We do not and will not knowingly collect information from any unsupervised child under the age of 13. You must not create or attempt to create any Group that allows or encourages use or registration by any unsupervised child under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you may not register with any Group or use any of the Services unless you have the consent of, and are supervised by, a parent or guardian.

2. How do we collect information?
When you register as a site member, make a cottage booking on our website, or use any of the mechanisms for contacting us or subscribing to services, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, Photo, address and alternative email addresses. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only.
3. Why do you collect such personal information?
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services provided on this website.

To provide updates to Erw Fawr OPC Club Member's contact details (such as home address, email and telephone number) as maintained on other computers used by the Erw Fawr Outdoor Pursuits Club Committee, but only for the purposes of managing the club's membership.

To be able to contact Website Visitors and Members with general or personalized service-related notices and communication messages.

4. How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
5. About Wix.Com Data Storage and Data Transfers
Wix.com is a Processor for our site-visitors’ data. This means that Wix will only process our site-visitors’ data following our instructions and on our behalf. Wix can store our site-visitors' data in a number of locations. Site-visitors ́ personal information may be stored in data centers located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve issues with a cottage booking, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about the Erw Fawr OPC, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
7. How do you use cookies and other tracking tools?
Wix.Com uses essential/functional cookies to provide the Services on our Website. These do not all an individual to be identified. Click here to view which essential/functional cookies are stored by Wix on the site visitors' computer.
